Les dos oficines de turisme van superar l&#8217;auditoria de qualitat amb 979 punts i van atendre presencialment a quasi 10.000 persones.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Regidoria de Turisme ha presentat el balan\u00e7 corresponent a l&#8217;exercici 2025, un any marcat pel manteniment d&#8217;alts est\u00e0ndards de qualitat, una experi\u00e8ncia tur\u00edstica molt ben valorada i una estrat\u00e8gia digital consolidada com a ferramenta clau de promoci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Un de les fites m\u00e9s rellevants de l&#8217;any ha sigut la superaci\u00f3, sense desviacions ni incid\u00e8ncies, de l&#8217;auditoria externa de seguiment de la certificaci\u00f3 conforme a la norma UNE-ISO 14785:2015 en les oficines Tourist Info Centre (Castell) i Palmerar. L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 va obtindre una puntuaci\u00f3 global de 979,2 punts, la qual cosa recolza el comprom\u00eds municipal amb la millora cont\u00ednua i l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia en l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al visitant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quasi 10.000 turistes atesos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durant 2025, les oficines Tourist Info van atendre presencialment 9.427 persones, de les quals 5.603 van ser ateses en el punt del Palmerar i 3.824 en l&#8217;oficina del Centre. El mes d&#8217;agost va tornar a concentrar el major volum de consultes, amb 1.324 atencions, reflectint la fortalesa de la temporada estival.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;informe assenyala que el trasllat temporal de l&#8217;oficina del Centre a partir del mes de juny, a causa de les obres en depend\u00e8ncies municipals, ha condicionat la din\u00e0mica habitual d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 en esta ubicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El programa de visites guiades ha mantingut el seu paper destacat dins de l&#8217;oferta tur\u00edstica local. En 2025 es van realitzar 82 visites guiades amb una participaci\u00f3 total de 1.438 persones. La valoraci\u00f3 mitjana va aconseguir un 9,85 sobre 10 i el 100% de les persones enquestades va afirmar que recomanaria l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia. Entre les propostes amb major acolliment destaca \u201cMar i Pesca\u201d, amb 467 participants, al costat de les visites al Museu de la Sal i la incorporaci\u00f3 de la nova ruta \u201cSanta Pola Essencial\u201d, que amplia el recorregut interpretatiu pel municipi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>178.421 usuaris en la web<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e0mbit digital continua sent un pilar estrat\u00e8gic. La web turismosantapola.es va registrar 178.421 usuaris, 111.051 sessions i 503.629 p\u00e0gines vistes al llarg de l&#8217;any, consolidant-se com a ferramenta clau per a la planificaci\u00f3 del viatge. En xarxes socials, Turisme Santa Pola aconseguix els 36.334 seguidors en Facebook, 20.216 en Instagram i 1.254 en TikTok, refor\u00e7ant la seua pres\u00e8ncia en diferents perfils de p\u00fablic i formats de comunicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En mat\u00e8ria de promoci\u00f3, es van editar 8.000 unitats de material informatiu i promocional, incloent-hi guies i fullets actualitzats, i es va participar en quatre fires tur\u00edstiques de refer\u00e8ncia: FITUR (Madrid), Navartur (Pamplona), Intur (Valladolid) i Alacant Gastron\u00f2mica. Aix\u00ed mateix, es va col\u00b7laborar amb entitats i esdeveniments locals mitjan\u00e7ant la distribuci\u00f3 de material promocional, contribuint a la difusi\u00f3 de la imatge del dest\u00ed en cites esportives i culturals de rellev\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p>La Regidoria de Turisme reafirma aix\u00ed el seu comprom\u00eds amb un model tur\u00edstic professionalitzat, sostenible i orientat a oferir una experi\u00e8ncia de qualitat a residents i visitants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La web i les xarxes socials continuen sent un pilar estrat\u00e8gic per a la planificaci\u00f3 del viatge.
