{"id":47438,"date":"2026-02-05T10:31:44","date_gmt":"2026-02-05T09:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/santapola.es\/?p=47438"},"modified":"2026-02-05T10:33:29","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T09:33:29","slug":"lomic-de-santa-pola-va-aconseguir-recuperar-mes-de-cent-mil-euros-a-traves-de-reclamacions-de-consumidors-en-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/santapola.es\/ca\/lomic-de-santa-pola-va-aconseguir-recuperar-mes-de-cent-mil-euros-a-traves-de-reclamacions-de-consumidors-en-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;OMIC de Santa Pola va aconseguir recuperar m\u00e9s de cent mil euros a trav\u00e9s de reclamacions de consumidors en 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>De les 599 reclamacions tramitades, la major part afecten empreses de telefonia (21,4%), assegurances (11%), electricitat (7%), servicis bancaris (6,7%) i vehicles (6,3%).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Oficina Municipal d&#8217;Informaci\u00f3 al Consumidor (OMIC) de Santa Pola ha tramitat durant l&#8217;any 2025 un total de 599 reclamacions de ciutadans, de les quals 270 (un 45,1%) van ser resoltes favorablement per mediaci\u00f3 i altres 110 (18,4%) es troben en fase de tramitaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Els sectors amb m\u00e9s reclamacions van ser en primer lloc el de telefonia amb 128 tramitacions (21,4%), assegurances (11%), electricitat (7%), servicis bancaris (6,7%), vehicles (6,3%), transports (5,2%) i vendes per correu (5,2%).<\/p>\n<p>Entre els motius m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents de reclamaci\u00f3 destaquen la mala prestaci\u00f3 del servici (253), incompliment de les condicions de venda (146), negativa a prestar el servici (68) i incompliment de la garantia (53).<\/p>\n<p>A part de les reclamacions, l&#8217;OMIC va atendre durant l&#8217;any passat 551 consultes, de les quals 527 van ser presencials, 14 per tel\u00e8fon i 10 per email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9s de 100.000 euros recuperats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segons ha explicat el regidor de Comer\u00e7 i Consum, Joaqu\u00edn Lozano, \u201cEl m\u00e9s important per al consumidor \u00e9s que la nostra OMIC ha aconseguit recuperar 102.160,54 euros a trav\u00e9s de les reclamacions que es van resoldre favorablement durant l&#8217;any passat, una xifra que la situa entre les m\u00e9s eficients de la prov\u00edncia i deixa const\u00e0ncia de la gran faena de la funcion\u00e0ria responsable d&#8217;este servici\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La xifra m\u00e9s alta dels diners recuperats procedix del sector bancari i financer, que va haver de retornar als usuaris 26.002 euros, seguit pel sector segurs amb 14.690,21 euros i el de telefonia amb 13.916,81 euros.
